Miriam Yeung got back to work despite surgery

Hong Kong singer-actress Miriam Yeung showed up for a slew of work commitments in recent weeks, but unknown to many, she had undergone an operation just before those events took place.
The 51-year-old was a guest performer at Chinese singer Jike Junyi's concert in Shenzhen in late July and performed at Strawberry Music Festival in Harbin in mid-August. Yeung was a guest performer at Hong Kong singer Terence Lam's concert in Hong Kong in late August. She then appeared with American actor Daniel Wu and Hong Kong actor William Chan for a branding event in Shanghai. She was also a guest performer at Hong Kong singer-actor Jordan Chan's concert in Chengdu on Sept 6.
