Marina Bay Sands sees another record quarter as earnings soar 83% to $965m

Casino and hotel operator Marina Bay Sands (MBS) enjoyed another blowout quarter after a billion-dollar investment to upgrade the resort.
MBS' adjusted property earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation soared 83 per cent to US$743 million (S$965 million) in the third quarter of 2025, from US$406 million in the year ago period.
This came as revenue jumped 56.3 per cent to US$1.44 billion from US$919 million.
Parent company Las Vegas Sands (LVS) said on Oct 22 that MBS' record financial performance came on the back of its suite renovation programme, which was completed in the second quarter of 2025.
The programme, which spanned a few years, saw a billion-dollar investment to upgrade its hotel and luxury offerings, including creating new suites.
