Injured Butler willing to play through anything, says Warriors coach

Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr says he is "relatively optimistic" that Jimmy Butler will play Game 3 of their National Basketball Association (NBA) play-off series against the Houston Rockets despite suffering a pelvic bruise in the previous game.

SAN FRANCISCO - Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr says he is "relatively optimistic" that Jimmy Butler will play Game 3 of their National Basketball Association (NBA) play-off series against the Houston Rockets despite suffering a pelvic bruise in the previous game.
The forward took a hard fall during a first-quarter foul by Houston's Amen Thompson on April 23 and had an MRI exam the next day that revealed the extent of the injury.
With the best-of-seven Western Conference first-round series tied at one game apiece, Butler was listed as "questionable" for Game 3 in San Francisco on April 26 (April 27, Singapore time).
"I'm relatively optimistic," Kerr said on April 25.
