Healthy 365 • HPB to look into releasing exercise booking slots earlier on app

We thank Forum writer Lek Yong Huat for the letter "Make it easier to book exercises on Healthy 365 app and to take over cancelled slots" (Sept 17).
We release exercise sessions for booking at midnight when the app traffic is lower. This is to avoid creating a surge on the app when usage is higher, as that can impact user experience. We will look into releasing the booking slots at an earlier time while ensuring that the performance of the app is maintained for users.
