Scientists create quantum entanglement in silicon chips

The quantum world is strange. The laws of classical physics are not applicable here.
Albert Einstein was one of the founding fathers of quantum theory and one of the greatest critics of it. One such strange phenomenon in quantum mechanics is quantum entanglement. Einstein called it 'spooky action at a distance.'
Scientists once believed that quantum entanglement was impossible. But scientists have done a lot of work on this. In the latest example, scientists have found an entanglement between the nuclei of two atoms. Prof. Andre Morello from the University of New South Wales in Australia led a team of researchers in conducting the study. The world-renowned science journal published a research paper on this topic on 18 September. Morello and his team have shown in this study that quantum entanglement may be achieved between the nuclei of two atoms separated by approximately 20 nanometers. How much need for quantum entanglement is there, and how many new options are there? "Quantum entanglement is possible," a group of scientists said. Why is this so important? Morello feels it's a big deal. He says that the quantum entanglement holds the quantum computer's soul. Around the world, there are a lot of quantum computers; however, none of them are working perfectly yet. Morello says that quantum computers can achieve a lot of things that regular computers can't. For instance, quantum effects happen inside molecules during chemical reactions or when pharmaceuticals are made. That isn't something a conventional computer can do. But quantum computers can execute these tasks properly with ease.
Morello and his colleagues have shown that it is possible to build more advanced quantum computers with the help of quantum entanglement in the future. They believe that the computer will store information using the most accurate and reliable method.
