DMK rattled by NDA surge: PM Modi before Trichy rally

On the eve of his NDA rally at Tiruchirapalli tomorrow, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said the ruling DMK in Tamil Nadu was clearly rattled by the rising popularity of the NDA, which has gobbled up a strong alliance ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections.
He said the people of the state have seen through the misgovernance and unfulfilled promises of DMK and that's why they were connecting woth NDAs agenda of hope and progress.
Mr Modi, who would be landing tomorrow evening from Ernakulam in Kochi will launch various infrastructure and development projects and also address a poll rally of the NDA which is keen to dethrone the DMK.
All the NDA partners will be taking part in the rally.
On the eve of his visit, Mr Modi in a post on X, wrote: “Ataround 6:30 p.m. tomorrow, 11 March, I will join NDA leaders of Tamil Nadu for the NDA rally in Tiruchirappalli.”
