'With Stoke-on-Trent being the home of darts, we thought it'd be the ideal place'

DARTS enthusiasts are being promised 'everything under one roof' as a new store opens in the city.
And stars Andy 'the Hammer' Hamilton and Ian 'Diamond' White were there to welcome customers to Midlands Darts on Festival Park, above, when it opened on Saturday. Meanwhile the owner says launching in the Potteries was a simple choice given it's 'the home of darts.' The shop, based on Festival Heights, comes after the success of the business' Tamworth store, launched in November last year.
Now owner Carl Gallimore says he's 'proud' to open up in the Potteries. The 41-year-old, of Walsall, said: "Our first store was a massive success, so we've been looking around for a second location for quite a while.
