Man, 37, has long history of offending
MONKEY dust user Michael Haddon was caught on CCTV raiding a charity shop.
The 37-year-old - who has 100 previous convictions for 222 offences - entered the Cancer Research store in Newcastle on the evening of September 11.
He went back to the shop in the early hours of the next day and stole a television worth £200.
Now Haddon has been handed a 12-month community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days.
