Booming padel company opens another venue a month after the first
A BOOMING racket sports company has launched its second Stoke-on-Trent centre.
Ace Padel opened its Milton branch this month - after starting their first site in Cobridge during December.
Racket-based padel is a blend of tennis and squash played in a walled court.
The company was founded by Jamie Reynolds and Lewis Woolley.
Jamie, from Endon, said:
“Ironically, we thought the Milton site would have launched before our flagship base in Cobridge.
“But the planning application for the Milton site got wrapped up in red tape which meant it took a little longer to go through. But it has ended up working out for the best.
“Our flagship site has been open for eight weeks now and has been very successful.
