Plan for 28 houses and a new park
June 21, 2025
|The Sentinel
PLANS have been unveiled to build 28 homes along with a new park and pedestrian and cycle routes.
The development at the former Bamford Works site in Uttoxeter, located off Pinfold Street, will be known as Bamford Place.
This follows an application last year for 108 houses on the site which would further regenerate the vacant site.
The homes will be built on brownfield land that was previously occupied by the digger giant’s factory.
The development will see a variety of one, two, three and four bed homes in 10 different styles.
All properties will have a private driveway, with the larger homes also offering either a single or double garage.
The site was allocated in the East Staffordshire local plan for a total of 257 homes.
