A MUM-of-three is pleading with a council to overturn her £600 fly-tipping fine - after blaming 'bin-dipping rough sleepers'.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council imposed the fixed-penalty notice on Maria Turner after items addressed to her were found dumped in the alleyway behind her property.

But the 39-year-old has insisted she 'would never do that'.
