FC LAMBOURNE strengthened their grip at the top of the Premier Division table, opening up a four-point gap after a composed and comfortable victory away at Loggerheads.
STRIKE: Elisio Francisco was among the scorers as FC Lambourne continued to lead the way in the top flight.
The league leaders were in control throughout, showcasing the attacking depth that has defined their campaign so far.
Goals from Harley Cole, Harry Baggaley, Elisio Francisco and Evans Ofori ensured a dominant performance and another valuable three points as Lambourne continue to set the pace.
Wood Lane were also in the headlines, moving up into third place following an astonishing 10-goal thriller against FC Maybank.
Wood Lane’s firepower proved to be decisive. Dan Lancett was the standout performer with a superb hat-trick, while Mitch Blaise, Callum Tunstall and Jack Cotterill were also among the goals.
At the other end of the standings, Roebuck Inn finally got the result their recent performances have threatened, securing their first league win of the season with an impressive away triumph over Royal Furlong.
Hayden Dunn produced a crucial brace, with Matt Plant also finding the net as Roebuck turned in a composed and determined display.
The win lifts them off the foot of the table and sparks a dramatic jump up three places into sixth, injecting new life into their campaign.
In Division One, Vale Hoppers produced their biggest result of the season so far as they inflicted a first league defeat on title-chasing Abbey Hulton with a determined and spirited performance at home.
The hosts struck first through a moment of individual brilliance from Milo James, who weaved past multiple defenders before firing home to give Hoppers an early advantage.
Their confidence continued to grow, and midway through the first half they doubled their lead with a sublime team move that was capped off by a composed finish from Joe Gosling.
