Ex-cop's sexual relationship with a 'vulnerable' woman

A DISGRACED former Staffordshire Police officer is at risk of being jailed - after striking up a 'sexual relationship with a vulnerable woman'.

Staffordshire Police launched a professional standards department investigation and suspended Owen Mills in 2023 after the relationship came to light.
It emerged that the 22-year-old had also struck up a 'relationship with a witness'. Now the ex-cop has been hauled before Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court where he admitted two counts of the improper use of police powers.
