Woman with no change made 'silly mistake'
CAR driver Jacquline McGuire parked for free in a disabled parking bay - using her dead dad's blue badge.
The 50-year-old had told a traffic warden she was picking up her dad after parking in the Hanley car park.
But she returned nine minutes later without her dad and was once again challenged by the traffic warden. The traffic warden issued a parking fine.
