Fine for drivers who break the rules
DRIVERS who park 'dangerously' on pavements parking are being targeted in a police crackdown.
Staffordshire Police has teamed up with sight-loss charity Guide Dogs to highlight the issue.
It also affects people with prams, wheelchairs and mobility scooter users, as well as children and the elderly.
Jessica Luke, who lives in Stafford with guide dog Pebble, said: "Pavement parking is a real issue for us.
