999 alert over 'aggressive' man in street

BUSINESSES called the police after man began acting 'aggressively' in a city street.
-
The alarm was raised in Weston Road, Meir, after a man, who is believed to be homeless, began acting in an antisocial manner.
Witnesses said he then wandered in the middle of the road shouting at passersby and motorists.
