The university awarded Dr. Rosete with the title of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialized area of Public Administration and Leadership in line with its Honoris Causa Doctorate Policies. The recognition is a testament to his commitment, dedication, and excellence in his field as a public servant, delivering quality service to the residents of cities where he served.
