Phinma Properties to ramp up first township in 2026

Phinma Properties, the residential arm of the Del Rosario family's Phinma Group, expects major developments at its first master-planned township next year.
Phinma Properties president and CEO Raphael Felix said that land development for the 21-hectare Saludad in Bacolod City is progressing on schedule.
“We expect to be 50 percent of the land development by the end of the year,” Felix told The STAR.
“By early next year, we will start a few condo buildings. Maybe the land development will be substantially completed by next year. And I think Phinma Hospitality will ground break their hotel project,” he said.
