Marcos Signs Law Renaming PhilSCA

To strengthen the country's aviation education, President Marcos has signed a law declaring the Philippine State College of Aeronautics as the national professional institution for aviation and renaming PhilSCA as the National Aviation Academy of the Philippines (NAAP).

Republic Act 12255, the National Aviation Academy of the Philippines Charter Act, states that the NAAP shall provide world-class academic and professional training, offer advanced professional studies and specialization for aviation, and intensify technological research and development.
