Makati City has always been considered a top business district in Metro Manila as it houses the offices of a lot of companies from various industries. Figures from KMC Savills show that the Makati Central Business District has an office stock of over 1.6 million square meters as of the first quarter of the year, one of the highest among business districts in Metro Manila.
