Globe to upgrade Shakey's order system

The enterprise arm of network provider Globe Telecom Inc. has signed a partnership with one of the biggest pizza brands in the Philippines to improve its order pick-up system.
Globe Business said it has been tapped by Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (SPAVI) to upgrade its mechanism for receiving and processing orders from customers.
The partnership aims to raise SPAVI's operational efficiency by minimizing errors and speeding up service delivery in stores.
In particular, Globe Business will provide SPAVI with cloud-based solutions that can address its pain points in customer service. As a whole, the solutions offer point-of-sale systems, centralized data-sharing and real-time monitoring to reduce reliance on manual procedures.
