ARTHALAND's Eluria will reimagine what it means to be one of the most exclusive addresses in Makati City, not just through exceptional architecture and innovative design, but also through impeccable service.

It raises the bar with personalized white-glove butler services, elevating the level of comfort and convenience of its residents. With only 37 purposely built limited-edition residences, Eluria promises a refined experience where elegance, sustainability, and world-class hospitality converge, resulting in a home curated for the discerning few.

In anticipation of the grand unveiling in the next few months, Eluria's butlers have just completed intensive training at the world's premier butler service training institute - The International Butler Academy (TIBA). Headquartered in the Netherlands, TIBA offers a unique butler training and experience that allows students to learn while facing real personalities, challenges, and situations, all conducted within its own 80,000 square-foot estate consisting of 135 rooms. According to TIBA, the four Eluria delegates performed very well as they consistently demonstrated energy, passion and commitment to themselves, their company and to TIBA. Their dedication was evident in both attitude and performance.

"From orchestrating private dinner parties to managing day-to-day requests with quiet finesse, Eluria's butlers embody the ethos of bespoke living. Whether it's preparing your residence for your return, handling your dry cleaning, or ensuring that your preferences are anticipated before they're spoken, their presence will be as seamless as it is essential," said Oliver L. Chan, ARTHALAND Senior Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer.
