DTI: Noche Buena manufacturers to up price, supply monitoring

Some manufacturers of Noche Buena products have committed to intensify price and supply monitoring efforts to ensure that products are sold as per the Noche Buena price guide until yearend, according to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
