ALI's luxury project nets P8 B in sales

Demand in the country's premium residential market remains strong, as shown by Ayala Land Inc. (ALI)'s newest luxury development in Makati, which has already generated close to P8 billion in sales ahead of its official launch.
"The market response to Laurean Residences has been exceptional and validates the strength of Makati as the country's premier address," Ayala Land Premier president and CEO Mike Jugo said.
"More than a collection of homes, it is an urban sanctuary where timeless architecture, purposeful amenities and meticulous craftsmanship come together to elevate everyday life," he said.
