Oxfam faces investigation after ousting of chief executive

Oxfam faces an investigation by the Charity Commission after revelations about infighting at the charity that led to the ousting of its chief executive, Halima Begum.
The commission has disclosed to The Observer that a compliance case was opened into Oxfam in March last year concerning issues about the charity's finances and restructuring. It says this case will now include the claims involving alleged failures in governance and leadership.
