Cong protests over BJP MLA's remarks against Sonia, Priyanka Gandhi

The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) on Tuesday staged a large-scale protest against BJP MLA Vikram Randhawa for his derogatory remarks targeting UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and AICC General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
Led by senior Congress women leaders, the protest included the symbolic burning of Randhawa’s effigy at Jammu, expressing outrage over his statements, which they termed as an attack on the dignity of Indian women. The protestors raised strong slogans demanding an immediate public apology from the BJP high command and strict disciplinary action against Randhawa.
