Actress Huma Qureshi pledges support for revival of pilgrimage tourism in Katra

In a heartfelt interaction with the Chamber of Tourism, Trade and Industry Katra (CTTIK), renowned Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi extended her full support to efforts aimed at reviving tourism in Jammu & Kashmir, with special focus on pilgrimage destinations like Katra.
The session, moderated by Director Tourism Jammu, Mr. Vikas Gupta, was opened by CTTIK President Raj Kumar Padha, who briefed Ms. Qureshi on the severe impact of recent tragic events—including the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, Operation Sindoor, and subsequent cross-border strikes—which have crippled the region’s tourism industry.
