Prime Minister confirms he will attend BRICS annual summit in Russia in October

PRIME Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday spoke to Russian President Vladimir Putin over the phone and shared the insights from his recent visit to Ukraine and pushed for an early end to the war there.
"Spoke with President Putin today. Discussed measures to further strengthen Special and Privileged Strategic Partnerships. Exchanged perspectives on the Russia-Ukraine conflict and my insights from the recent visit to Ukraine. Reiterated India's firm commitment to support an early, abiding, and peaceful resolution to the conflict," said PM Modi on Tuesday.
