A day after leader of Opposition in Bihar assembly Tejashwi Prasad Yadav claimed that his name was missing from the draft electoral roll, Election Commission of India (ECI) on Sunday issued a notice to him asking him to 'hand over for investigation' a voter ID card that he claimed to be in possession of despite the EC not issuing it officially.
