In today’s relentlessly fast-paced world, many are caught in a race toward success, wealth, or recognition. Amid this pursuit, we often neglect the very vessel that makes this journey possible — our health. Of particular concern is heart health, which remains one of the most overlooked aspects of personal well-being.

The boat to good health is, unfortunately, far less travelled than those headed toward professional achievement or material gain. The poetic words of William Henry Davies strike a chord now more than ever: “What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare?” To that, we must add — “or care”.

The absence of self-care affects not only our health but also our quality of life and our relationships. Tragically, this realisation often dawns when the opportunity for meaningful change has already passed.
