7 missing in Gujarat floods, CM holds urgent meeting

SEVEN people went missing, while ten others were rescued after a tractor-trolley was swept away in a flooded river in Gujarat on Monday, prompting an emergency discussion of Union Home Minister Amit Shah with Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and state Home Minister Harsh Sanghavi.
The incident took place when a tractor-trolley overturned near Dhavana village in Morbi due to heavy rains while crossing a flooded causeway. The State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) swiftly launched a search and rescue operation.
So far, ten people have been rescued, Morbi Collector Jhaveri said.
