CHIEF Minister N Rangasamy stressed that the Puducherry government is committed to providing comprehensive specialised medical care locally to prevent patients from travelling to Chennai or other cities while inaugurating the Mission Healthy Hearts awareness program, organised by the Department of Health and Family Welfare at Rajiv Gandhi Government Women and Children's Hospital (RGWCH), on Friday.
