TO address persistent traffic congestion near the Annamalaiyar Temple, authorities have introduced new traffic regulations, set to take effect from today.
Located in the heart of Tiruvannamalai, the Annamalaiyar Temple attracts thousands of devotees daily for worship and the sacred Girivalam ritual. The presence of residential and commercial establishments around the temple has led to severe traffic congestion, particularly on the Madaveethi roads encircling the shrine.
