Relief to Soren as no physical appearance in MP-MLA court

THE Jharkhand HC on Wednesday exempted Chief Minister Hemant Soren from physically appearing in the MP-MLA Court in a case related to disobeying summons issued by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
Justice Anil Chaudhary heard the case on merits and disposed of the petition.
