TWO terrorists were reportedly killed and five security personnel injured, three of them critically, in a day-long encounter in the Ghati Juthana area of the border district of Kathua in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.

The gunfight erupted near Jakhole village in the morning after a joint contingent of police, army, CRPF, and BSF launched a search operation following information about the presence of terrorists there, official sources said.
