Rights Panel Directive to Restore CT Scan Services

THE State Human Rights Commission has issued a directive to restore CT scan services at the Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital to its earlier capacity of 60 scans per day, amid ongoing operational issues between the Radiodiagnosis and Neurology departments.
In the order, commission chairperson Alexander Thomas instructed the Director of Medical Education to resolve the conflict between the departments and restore the service to its previous scale.
