ANDHRA Pradesh ST Commission member V Shankar Naik visited the Rajamahendravaram Central Prison on Monday and expressed concern over the plight of tribal prisoners involved in ganja-related cases.
He convened a meeting with the incarcerated tribals, urging them to refrain from engaging with ganja smugglers and avoid ruining their lives.
