Pithapuram civil contractor clarifies on grievance row

PITHAPURAM local civil contractor Suravarapu Satthi Raju clarified on Tuesday that he did not scold District Collector Shan Mohan Sagili during the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS).
Raju visited the Collectorate to explain his position after his strong remarks, made during a PGRS session, were widely covered in the media.
