AKNU Organises Mass Yoga Event With Participation Of Over 16k Students

ADIKAVI Nannaya University (AKNU) on Wednesday organised one of the largest yoga gatherings in the State, with 16,123 students from over 400 constituent and affiliated colleges participating in a mass yoga demonstration at the university grounds.
The event, part of the Yogandhra International Day of Yoga Celebrations 2025, was led by AKNU Vice-Chancellor Prof S Prasanna Sree. The demonstration began at 8.00 am and aimed to promote health, harmony, and self-discipline among students. The Raparthi Foundation conducted the yogasana sessions.
