NAVYUG Express wasn't just a train; it was Karnataka's spiritual, social, and economic bridge between North and South India.
The train, which used to start its journey from Mangaluru and end its journey at Jammu Tavi, united pilgrims, soldiers, students, and business persons; however, post Covid-19, this train was stopped.
Despite several demands requesting restarting this train, there is no proper response from the Railway Board nor the Railway Ministry.
Now, there is a great demand for the train from Dakshina Kannada District Railway Users, South Western Railway Passengers Committee, Hassan Rail Users Forum, and Belagavi Railway Forum, who are unitedly demanding the train to be restarted.
