Reject KREC proposal to hike power tariff: Forum to state govt

SHANTAVERI Gopala Gowda Samajawadi Adhyayana Kendra Trust, Shivamogga has urged the state government to reject Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission's (KREC) proposal to hike power tariff by Rs 36 paise per unit from April 1.
Members of the forum staged a protest in front of the DC's Office and submitted a memorandum addressed to the Chief Minister to ADC Siddalinga Reddy here on Friday.
