Revanna warns of stir over college affiliation

TAKING exception to the cabinet decision to affiliate Hassan government agriculture college to the proposed Mandya Agriculture University, Holenarasipur MLA H D Revanna on Tuesday threatened to intensify the agitation if the government fails to keep Hassan agriculture college with the University of Agriculture Sciences (UAS) Bengaluru.
Addressing a press conference here, he said that the state government decided to bring Hassan agriculture college under the proposed Mandy Agriculture University despite the college having 400 students.
