Govt Appoints Shrivastava as Revenue Secy

ARVIND SHRIVASTAVA, a 1994-batch IAS officer from the Karnataka cadre, has been appointed as the new revenue secretary.
Prior to this, Shrivastava was serving as additional secretary in the Prime Minister's Office. In PMO, the 54-year-old Shrivastava has handled work related to finance, corporate affairs, and NITI Aayog. He took charge of the revenue department from Ajay Seth, who was holding additional charge after Tuhin Kanta Pandey was appointed Chairperson
