Kozhikode sex racket case: Police extend search for accused to other states

THE police have intensified investigation into the Pocso case involving a 17-year-old girl from Assam, who was locked up in a room of a rented building in Kozhikode city and forced into prostitution.
As per the Medical College police, there are five accused in the case, two of whom are said to have fled to Odisha.
An investigation focused on the mobile phone tower location of the accused persons is progressing.
