TMC Begins Preps, Abhishek Calls For Unity Ahead Of Polls

TMC national general secretary and MP Abhishek Banerjee said on Saturday that district and block president posts will be reshuffled and called for unity ahead of the 2026 assembly polls.
Addressing party leaders and workers through a video conference, Abhishek said he has received complaints of ghost voter lists. Fake voter cards have been made in the name of those who stay outside West Bengal and come to the state during polls. He said supervisors will be appointed in all districts who will look after poll-related works.
