FOR the past ten days, several divisions of the Kollam Corporation — home to more than 500 families — have been reeling under a severe water crisis. The disruption, which began a week ago, stems from a power outage at the Sasthamcotta pump house and a major pipeline break along the Sasthamcotta-Kollam route.
