HDB Fin to issue 2.5k cr fresh offer, 10k cr OFS
HDB Financial Services, a subsidiary of HDFC Bank, Vikram Solar and four other entities have received market regulator Sebi's nod to raise funds through initial public offering (IPO).
The other companies that received Sebi's approval are A-One Steels India, Shanti Gold International, Dorf-Ketal Chemicals and Shreeji Shipping Global Limited.
