Actors Have Become Very Insecure Nowadays

ITH AR Murugadoss directorial Sikandar in theatres, its lead Salman Khan sat for a media interaction where he got candid about various topics, including the increase in his security detail after the threat to his life by gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, his now-postponed project with Atlee and the possibility of a Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015) sequel.

Excerpts: What is your take on the threats you have received? Your security detail has increased since then, does it affect work in any way?

I believe in God. Jitni umr likhi hain utni likhi hain (I will live as much as I am destined to). But sometimes, having to move around with security personnel becomes a problem. My routine is Galaxy (his Bandra apartment) to shoot and then return, no detours.

Don't you feel there is an increase in the reach of South actors pan-India, something Hindi film stars are not enjoying?
