Seniors beat up 1st-yr student for wearing shades

A FIRST-YEAR student of Holy Cross College, Eranhipalam, Kozhikode was assaulted by seniors during the arts day held at the college.
Following a complaint, the police have registered a case against six students, and the college principal has suspended all six students involved in the incident. Vishnu V T, a resident of Olavanna, was beaten up by third-year students Muhammed Sinan, Gautham and four other students on February 14.
