Tribunal orders him to pay ₹2,000 every month
A man was arrested and locked up in prison after he refused to make the maintenance payment to his mother despite repeated orders from the Kanhangad Maintenance Tribunal.
The Nileshwar police on Tuesday detained Pratheesh from Madikkai and lodged him in Hosdurg sub-jail following orders from the Tribunal.
